This policy explains what personal information Glow Within collects when you contact us through this website, and how it is used. Glow Within is a small, independent beauty and holistic treatment business run by Natalie in Polegate, East Sussex.

What this website collects

This is a simple, static website. It does not run a contact form, and it does not set its own tracking or advertising cookies.

When you choose to get in touch, you may share personal information directly with Natalie by:

WhatsApp — links on this site open a chat with Natalie. Your message and phone number are shared with Natalie and handled within WhatsApp, under WhatsApp's own privacy terms.
Telephone — calling the number shown shares your phone number and anything you choose to tell Natalie.
Email — emailing the address shown shares your email address and message.

How your information is used

Any details you send are used only to reply to your enquiry, arrange and provide your treatment, and keep in touch about your appointment. Your information is not sold or shared for marketing.

Sensitive health information

Please do not send detailed medical history through WhatsApp, email or any online message. Anything relevant to your treatment (for example allergies, pregnancy, or a patch test) is best discussed privately with Natalie at your consultation before treatment.

Hosting

This website is hosted by Netlify, which may collect basic, standard server information (such as IP address) as part of delivering the site securely. See Netlify's own privacy documentation for detail.

Keeping your information

Natalie keeps enquiry and appointment details only for as long as needed to provide her service and meet any legal obligations, then removes them.

Your rights

You can ask Natalie what information she holds about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. To do so, use any of the contact methods on the website.
